Meet The Team

El Sali : The heart of this experience

El Sali is a traditional Menorcan Llaut, built to navigate calmly, safely, and elegantly along the island’s coastline. Designed for slow travel, she slips quietly into hidden coves, sheltered bays and narrow inlets where larger boats can’t go. With her warm lines, generous deck space and unmistakably mediterranean character, El Sali embodies the island’s heritage : simple, authentic, and deeply connected to the sea.
She is the soul of every experience we offer.

Guillaume : Skipper, freediving instructor & photographer

I’m Guillaume, the skipper of El Sali. I’m also a freediving instructor and photographer in Menorca, and my goal is to bring all these passions together to offer experiences that feel personal, calm, and meaningful.
Whether I’m guiding you to a quiet cove, showing you a beautiful underwater spot, or capturing the moment through my lens, I’m here to create a day that flows naturally and reflects what you enjoy most.
For me, a day at sea is not about rushing, it’s about feeling the rhythm of Menorca, the beauty of the water, and the pleasure of being fully present.

Francesc : The owner who keeps the tradition alive

El Sali belongs to Francisco, a Menorcan deeply attached to the island’s maritime heritage. His passion for traditional boats and the preservation of local culture is what allows El Sali to exist today in such perfect condition.
He maintains the Llaut with care and dedication, ensuring she remains true to her origins, a piece of Menorca’s identity shared with everyone who steps aboard.
